This particular one was super nice. The guy behind the counter was helpful. My son had a nosebleed and he was very helpful. Offered us the key to use the bathroom and whatever we needed with paper towels and whatnot. Most gas stations don't give two sheets do you have nose bleed and probably won't even let you use the bathroom.

I go here to grab lottery tickets. The sales staff is always friendly and helpful to me. This Arco is not in the best neighborhood and this has an effect on the staff & the way certain people are treated. I've never seen anyone treated unfairly. The price of gas is reasonable here!!

It's currently Monday September 1st @ 10:30pm and I just left this Arco. Actually I was just humiliated to near point of tears by the extreme rudeness of this store's main manager. I've done several times since moving to this area a month ago to refill my own cups with ice for my walk home. I entered the store and placed my bags upfront as per store policy and asked the cashier lady if I may please fill my own cups with ice and was told yes. I went and did this and went back up to the register to say thank you and I'd decided to buy a cup of the cucumber/watermelon drink they have because it's really good. She was on the phone so I politely waited. Then she rudely demanded what did I want, while still on the phone. I said I would like to get a cup for the...and I was cut off and she yelled a cup of what!!?? You need something else to put in with the soda you already put in!!?? I was confused and said I don't have any soda only ice and I am trying to purchase a cup of cucumber/watermelon drink. She said her manager said he saw me steal soda and I quickly offered the cup of ice I'd filled to show as I again stated no I have no soda only ice and she confirmed to her manager that yes I only had ice and there was no soda. Rather than to apologize for the false, embarrassing and rude accusations she then yelled at me to get out of the store immediately and don't come back. I asked why and there were other customers waiting in line watching and listening to all of this. She said that her manager just told her to tell me to get out immediately and not to ever come back. I said all of this and I was trying to make a purchase here. She just repeated to get out now!!! As I picked up my belongings to leave as demanded I said to her that it was really sad and pathetic that rather than admit his mistake and politely apologize to me he would continue to treat me so horribly and don't worry at all, I definitely won't be coming back here ever for anything. So.... I'd be very careful about going to this store where the manager can lie and make ups stuff even with the proof in his face he's wrong and treat customers who in case he forgets, are the reason this man even has a business. NEVER NEVER EVER GO TO THIS STORE!!!!

Store is always dirty came in and the lady working the register was eating chips all over my purchase then said she couldn't take my 20 cuz of small tear at the bottom. Literally a small tear, I went to food cit across the street put in the 20 into the self check out machine and it accepted it so no reason why she shouldn't have
