Nice clean facility employees are always respectful and greet you at the door. They do have security so no worries there they do have bathroom so and they’re always clean. their condiments and what they have out as far as their sandwiches they are fresh. Their pizzas are fresh. Everything that’s made is made very much with care. Sanitation is impeccable at this location.

Outstanding customer service today from Dontay. Store was clean and everything was outstanding at this quick trip. Coffee was delicious and they were super helpful as I needed change in quarters for the water machine next door. Again, outstanding service today from Dontay and the rest of the QT Thomas Road team.

Update September 2024: I stopped here for gas again. Gas was less expensive here than at other nearby stations. I was able to use my Gas Buddy discount card here. There are several pumps here with plenty of room between lanes. The pump area is covered, which is absolutely crucial in Phoenix summers. The parking area is large, which is great for people who want to shop in the convenience store but don't need gas. There was windshield cleaning fluid and plenty of paper towels at the pump I used. Also, the pump worked very fast, and my tank was full in no time. I still haven't gone inside. Original Review: I stopped here for gas. I got gas here. I had no problems here. Easy in, easy out. I didn't go into the convenience store. I paid at the pump. I got gas and paid outside.

All of the food here is very good QT place is always clean THE CASHIERS ARE BEST MY FAVORITE IS BISCUITS AND GRAVY

Dirtiest women's bathroom ever and NO soap at either sink. When I mentioned it to the guy at the counter...his response .."We don't have any female staff!" Don't need female staff....that's why you have the strap across the door. Other QTs have only men on staff and their bathrooms don't look like that. The security office said he'd check it out. So how can a male security officer go in there but the male staff can't? Corporate needs to do something about the young man's attitude. This is Feb 7, 2026 at 6pm. He was really rude about it when I told him. NASTY!!!!!!!
