I’ve lived across the street for about five months and have given this ARCO multiple chances, but the experience has been consistently terrible. The staff is routinely rude and dismissive, and customer service is basically nonexistent. On more than one occasion, I’ve been charged more than the posted price, which is unacceptable. As regular customers, we were also denied basic items like ice and water, which is extremely frustrating—especially given Arizona’s extreme heat. To make matters worse, the level of professionalism is shockingly low. I’ve had to wait while the cashier finished eating behind the counter before even acknowledging customers, all while handling money and transactions without any regard for cleanliness or urgency. There are also serious concerns about billing practices—unexpected extra charges appearing on my card well after transactions were completed. That alone is enough to make me question the integrity of this location. Overall, this place is poorly run, unprofessional, and not worth the hassle. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere, and I will be escalating these issues to corporate.

I am trying to find a number for this location. Someone used my card at your atm at 06:09 this am. ->>>>> The manager at this location is awesome exclamation point he sat with me for a good hour and reviewed the tape. I mean minute by minute he went above and beyond the call of duty. I really appreciate that. I mean, you could really tell that these individuals genuinely care about their customers. They got my business for life! Top-notch fellow.

Friday, January 16th, I had walked up to this store located on the southeast corner of Benson HWY and Park AVE to get something to eat. At the door, I was met by an employee who was barley recognizable to he employed there for the sloppy appearance he displayed and lack of a name tag; if it werent got the black, untucked polo-type shirt, which had the store name on it I wouldn't, have thought he was an employee there at all. He opened the door before we even reached out for the door handle to let us know that we could not step inside to be a paying customer of any sorts because I DID NOT PULL UP IN A VEHICLE. I stated that I had already been a paying customer earlier today (a few hours prior) and purchased a soda - I did not arrive in a car even thenand was able to step in and get myself a fountain drink which I paid for without incident. His reply to that was "[...because I wasn't met prior to walking in was the only reason why I was allowed in at all...]" You know, not all of us can drive due various factors; examples being: health condition(s) or those without a valid license to drive/legal issues, etc. Mine involves the safety of others (additionally my own), and choosing to be responsible to not get behind the wheel since the progression of my dysautonomia/polyneuropathy & POTS (autonomic dysfunctions) now including my sight which started with slowing of adjusting and focusing leading to depth-perception misjudgments. So, if I wasn't dealing with things outside my control just to drive, is the only way to utilize the closest store near my place of work? My health issues categorize me as not worthy enough? I understand the "issue" that area is riddled with; the solution to prevention of theft is the choice based on assumption: those who do not arrive in a car, must be like those with shady/ulterior motives, on property, to steal in order to fund their illegal habit(s). The owner has the right to refuse service to whomever he/she feels necessary but where is the righteousness in every single scenario? It isn't right to be judged this way. Especially since there are situations that include the inability to be as able as driving requires, safely and lawfully.

Charges 35 cents for debit card purchases which is greedy and annoying. Beyond that, the diesel pump we used was literally the SLOWEST pump I have ever used in my entire life. It took over THIRTY ONE minutes to pump almost 16 gallons- and then the automatic shut off didn’t even work! Diesel fuel started overflowing from the tank all over the car and onto the ground. Thank god I noticed pretty quickly. I’ve never seen an automatic shutoff not work? AVOID AVOID AVOID. It is not worth saving ten cents per gallon to come here.

Stopped for gas during a trip to Texas from CA. Had a sign that said closed for the night. Really sketchy, lots of people hanging around outside. Don't stop here.
