Love this place they actually keep the place nice for being in the hood. Great fountain drinks, and great staff, security guys that are actually great n not looking for problems just solving problems great food and selection only gripe is they run out of Dr. Pepper more often than I would think is normal

Had a really standout experience here. Sessy, the cashier, brought a level of presence and energy that you don’t come across often. The way she acknowledged me—both in the small details and the overall interaction—felt natural, intentional, and honestly refreshing. You can tell she knows how to hold a space and make people feel seen without overdoing it. Allyssa, the manager, also stood out. She recognized Sessy’s excellence in a subtle, aligned way—no forced praise, no tension, just genuine leadership and awareness. The whole interaction felt smooth, balanced, and real. This location operates on a different level. Easy five stars, and then some.

Stopped here on my way back to Phoenix for a snack. In Phoenix they load Parmesan onto your pretzel. I even asked the girl “are you sure this is the Parmesan pretzel” and she had the nerve to say “yes it is” when I know what a Parmesan pretzel looks like from QT 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND They should probably take her out of the kitchen if she isn’t going to do her job correctly.

While i understand the "need" for security to help loss prevention. What we dont need from someone paid to stand at the door is not to be mean mugged and walked up to real close to "assert" his dominance as security in the store. Dude was very rude and disrespectful after i told him i didn't need any help as i could smell his breath. Do better at who you hire QT they are sometimes worse than the people you are trying to keep put.
