Am a regular customer here at this fuel Station. I usually pump diesel first and then use the restroom. But today I really need to go to restroom so instead of fueling I went to use the restroom. As soon as I start opening the door to use restroom clerk(Jessica) push me aside and locked the door with key . So I asked hey what was it that just happened why would you do that she said let me help you to read the sign Customer only restroom. Do you understand it or not so I says am a regular customer here am gone fuel but I really need to use the restroom. And shouldn’t forced me away close door on my face what if I pushed you away. I don’t know why would she do something like that. Just advice clerk(Jessica) please keep your personal problems away when you work . Behave yourself

Went to this station on 2/20/26 goto the kiosk and swipe my card. Kiosk says declined. Unknown card. I think okay, my bank is a bit niche so I assume this station doesn’t accept my bank card. I leave to another station and go inside this time to prepay for my gas with the same card. It gets declined. I check my bank statements on my phone and it turns out Sc fuels # 6 Anaheim, the first gas station I stopped at where it said my card was not accepted, had charged my card for my entire available balance and it was now sitting on a pending transaction. My funds have been tied since up pending since that day it is now 2/26/26 and I have just gotten my funds back by reaching out to my financial institution. This is complete nonsense and I will never spend another dime with Sc fuels. I recommend Everyone go elsewhere to avoid unprofessional financial services in relation to the sales of gasoline this company has failed to provide me. The only thing I got from SC fuels is my money tied up in a pending transaction and no fuel. Simply having my funds returned feels like it isn’t enough. I know I won’t get anything else of this but I can do my best to decrease your brands reputation.

Absolutely deranged cashier jessica. Parked our car and bought food at the truck im their lot. She came over yelling taking photos of my 70 year old fathers car saying were blocking when we were parked in a designated spot. Mind you multiple truckers were parked blocking the entire lot while we minded our business. absolutely insane. This chick still has a job There are at least 10 negative reviews regarding her behavior. They’re waiting for a lawsuit. My attorney will be in contact. Pumps suck some dont work and some pump fuel very slow. For a big company you would think they would have modern fuel pumps by now smh!! 20 MINS just to pump 12 gallons is crazy!
