This Circle K is arguably the worst run "convenience store" in all of Fresno. There are several reasons why you should avoid this location at all costs. 1. Their gas is outrageously priced. 2. Their employees are incredibly rude. 3. Their prices are overwhelmingly expensive. 4. They don't give you a lid for your soda until after you check out. 5. They have a serious homeless problem. Don't bother with the gas here, and if you really need to spend money on gas station food, there is a 7/11 down the street.

Very happy to have lower gas prices here in the Tower District! I like coming to this station because it's in Tower and close by... however, I don't always gas up here because of some of the characters that hang out at Circle K. Today as I was fueling up, a man came up from behind and scared me. I wish management would have a security guard outside. Also, the pump area needs to be power washed... it is so sticky and smelly I have to hold my breath while I pump gas.

Shelves were stocked and the place was tidy for how busy it gets. Person at the register was easy to deal with and checkout was quick. No complaints at all.

I have been shopping at this Circle K for 29 years. Granted the homeless and other things make it less desirable, but that's not their fault. I am fed up with the lack of customer service. Today was the kicker. I walked in at 7:30pm on a Monday, and there was a single clerk with a line of 11 people waiting to check out. The line was moving slow, but I finally got within three people of the counter. Then the clerk's (Elizabeth on receipt) cell phone rang and she answered it WITH A DOZEN PEOPLE IN LINE! Finally she hangs up, waits on the customer, then the next person steps to the counter with a 20 dollar bill in his hand, and the line must wait again as she is checking messages on her phone. If this tore does not have a policy of no cell phone use during work, they should. They should also hire people who can keep up with high demand, or pair them with a second clerk. This store is in a complete nose dive when it comes to quality employees and customer service. STEER CLEAR!

They rarely have spicy peperjack tornado taqitos and they just recently starting having hot foods after 3pm, I believe that was a bad decision as many high school students come after school and cannot get any hot foods, at least now they are rectifying it but they, never usually have the spicy peperjack tornado for no reason.
