Non speaking English female employee at 1pm 11/26/25 today couldn't communicate or provide Customer Service. Several items in cooler are placed incorrectly causing issues at the checkout with pricing. Manager on duty filling cooler no help either. He told me he didn't know the price of the gallon of water. Didn't bother to demonstrate to his staff what Customer Service looks like. It's no wonder the staff needs improvement because the leadership is below standard for even a gas station.

For some reason, the cashier who was on the phone the whole time and seemed bothered by having to help me, told me after the transaction that there was a fee but instead of saying what the fee was, she pointed to a sign that was not where you type in your debit code but labeled to the counter, pointing to the sign to show I was stupid for not noticing before she took the dollar. I didn't react which seemed to be what she wanted but what is strange is how she took the fee while telling me there was a fee. Why do people like this unprofessional woman work in a job they clearly hate? Is there even a manager here?

They don't change the water to clean windshield frequently, nasty and stinky water..

The cashiers are not polite they treat customers really bad. One of them specially i don't remember her name clearly but i think is fernanda o karina she doesn't speak english .I've been there several times and she always gives me a bad attitude.
