I'll take this down eventually. I shop at Vons so I can get the .10 cents per $100 spent at their gas station. I did a debit charge about a week ago and the system acknowledged the phone number. I finished pumping and vaguely realized wait, did it just charge me the credit price? I was too busy to look into it further. So I went back today to try it again with my debit card and sure enough it did the same thing. I printed the receipt to be sure. I went into their office store and the lady told me it's because I tapped. Which is true but the receipt says debit. As if I'm just supposed to know that. She ended up giving me the .90 difference. That's just a blatant class action lawsuit.

Slowest gas pumps in California takes 30 min to get a full tank. Not a lot of people coming it just takes forever to fuel up and slow pumps are scams

Dirty with trash laying around, pump payment system didn't work so I had to go in and pay the attendant. Attendant was slow and rude. All around poor experience.

Good price but like half the pumps touch to pay readers don’t work so you can’t use your phone to pay. Also some of the pump triggers are broken so you can’t set it to autofill. Very frustrating experience.

Good prices? Yes. Unhelpful, lazy staff who don't want to do their jobs? Also yes! I needed help at the pump and despite pressing the help, call attendant button multiple times they ignored me. They also did not want to help me when I went inside.
