The Sam’s Club Gas Station in South Sacramento is usually less busy than the Costco Gas Station. The price is compatible with Costco, but there is less wait time. However, the Sam’s Club Gas Station has fewer gas pumps and slower credit card transactions. The station carries regular unleaded and premium gasoline, and diesel is also available. The Sam’s Club gas station is clean and less expensive than most gas stations.

Sam's Club gas is a great way to fill up economically. It can get busy so plan accordingly.

Standard Sam’s gas station, for the most part works fine but sometimes will have one or multiple pumps not working. Staff has been very friendly and overall operates without issue.

I have a Sam's club and a Costco membership. However sam's always beat costco's gas prices by at least one penny and their pizzas are so much better.

Whoever was working at the pumps had excellent customer service at 10:30am on Tuesday, November 13th, 2025. I had unfortunately locked my keys in my vehicle and the worker had grabbed a wire to provide help as much as he possibly could. I ended up calling roadside assistance but the worker helping me out when he didn’t have to was definitely respectable due to the fact that he was doing things outside his pay rate. I didn’t catch the fellow’s name but he deserves a raise.
