I locked my Tesla key and my phone inside of my car and ended up being stuck here for almost two hours. The store owner and the three ladies working there were beyond kind and helpful the entire time. They helped me call the police, checked on me, and made a stressful situation so much easier. Their customer service and compassion honestly meant a lot to me. I definitely owe them lunch for how much they helped me out. I also come in here almost every morning to grab two bananas and a chocolate milk, and I’ve been coming here for years. They’ve always treated me with kindness and respect, and today just reminded me why I keep supporting this place. Great people, great atmosphere, and I highly recommend this place 10 out of 10. And the funny part is, I don’t even drive a gas vehicle!

The red head lady is the most disrespectful person I’ve ever come across as a customer trying to purchase something. I had a cross body fanny pack on my back, not even on my chest. Small as hell and all I wanted was to get a frazzle which is literally next to the register and they would be able to clearly see me but she was so disrespectful it makes me not wanna ever spend another dime in that place. I get places have rules but that is not how you talk to or treat someone that is trying to spend money in your establishment. She talks and treats people like they already stole something just for having a little bag. The owners should fire this girl immediately. Seems like she has a habit of driving customers away with her disgusting attitude and horrible customer service skills. If I’m a business owner, she is the absolute last person I want working for me and in no way shape or form would I have this person in a position where she has to interact with ANNNNYYYYONE. Do yourself a favor, if you see her inside just turn around and go across the street. Your day will be A LOT happier.

Horrible customer service experience. I walked into this store with my backpack, which is actually my professional camera bag. I had thousands of dollars worth of camera equipment and a laptop inside. I understand that stores may have policies about backpacks, but expecting a customer to leave expensive equipment unattended at the front of the store, within reach of anyone walking in, is completely unreasonable. One employee actually offered a reasonable solution and said she could hold it behind the counter for me. But another employee immediately jumped into the conversation, shut her down, and rudely told me I had to leave it in the front with the other bags. The way she handled it was extremely rude, condescending, and unnecessary. The worst part was not even the policy itself — it was her attitude. She did not try to be professional, respectful, or understanding at all. She raised her voice, spoke to me like I was doing something wrong, and made the whole situation feel hostile. A simple, polite explanation would have been one thing, but instead she turned it into a terrible customer experience. I left the store because I was not going to risk leaving expensive professional equipment unattended. I will not be returning to this location. Policies are one thing, but treating customers with disrespect is unacceptable.

This gas station runs its business as if they are ready to fight customers at any moment. I walked in this afternoon around 4:30 PM on 01/06/26 with my 7-year-old daughter, paid cash for gas, and politely asked to use the restroom. The cashier rudely told us that we could not go to the bathroom together. I went ahead and used the restroom anyway. On my way out, I calmly told her that speaking to me that way was unnecessary. She responded very aggressively, saying, “I can say whatever I want,” then told me to leave and began cursing at me in front of my child. When I tried to speak politely and de-escalate the situation, she threatened me with pepper spray if I didn’t leave. This behavior was completely unprofessional, hostile, and unacceptable especially toward a customer with a child present. Either this employee has serious personal or mental issues, or she should not be working with the public. I also felt uncomfortable and concerned that my accent may have influenced how I was treated. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is not an isolated incident. Many customers report similar negative experiences. I sincerely hope the owner takes this seriously and addresses the situation before it leads to a much more problem.

Im in here almost everyday.Very friendly. Lots of variety in store. I choose this place over any other. Paula is always smiling and welcoming. Nothing but good vibes and people.. thank you guys
