I bought a full tank and needed some air. The air machine worked at first, but then stopped after one wheel. The attendant left when I needed it restarted, and I ended up having to pay extra TWICE to run it long enough to put air in my tires. When she finally came back and I asked for a refund of my $7, she told me that it was a different company and pointed me to the CA complaints hotline, which just runs an automated message telling you to go to a URL that doesn’t exist. They took no responsibility for screwing me out of $7. Never coming back.

I used to see Lisa here and at both locations all the time. She was the definition of 24 hours for the stations. She's a hard worker,has good work ethic,and knows what she is doing. Many times the machine was down she fixed it right away she told me she is part time technician. The other cashiers are clueless to everything and always send me somewhere else. Lisa is very approachable and pleasant to be around not like the rude,grumpy,old cashiers here that can't fix anything. I really miss her funny sense of humor. I hope to see her back....

Broken pump #3. Mechanical face tilted 2 inches back from frame. Person before us pumped $30 but got a receipt and change for $44 cost. Clerk called for help but owner was no help. We pumped diesel and it was super slow running at 8 min to pump 4 gall.. looks like getting a receipt from the machine has been a problem for months. city inspector should visit.

I went to Speedway and a wonderful young woman named Lisa helped me pump gas because I'm handicapped. She was so kind and professional that I will definitely go there from now on. Lisa is no longer at Speedway, and I miss her a lot. She always helped me. I hope she comes back so I can go there again.
