The time they open says 5 am but I come by to fuel up on my way to work and they are never open at 5. There is usually customers waiting already or wait for a while hoping someone will open but then get tired of waiting and leave.

They recently changed the self checkout lane to “about 15 items”, and yet they only have one cashier open for over 15 items. Today, they had two cashiers, but one of them was for 15 items or less, which makes no sense with the self checkout being 15 items now. It’s really frustrating when no other self checkout at any other store has an item limit. If you are going to change the self checkout to 15 items, you need to hire more cashiers for those of us having more than 15 items. No thought went into this change. My grocery trips used to be quick, but now, unless I have 15 items or less, I have to wait at least 10 mins in line.

They have yet to open on time for the past 6 months. The employees are arriving at the door around 5:30am. Some are doing the internal opening protocol while customers are waiting at the pumps to be physically unlocked for around 10 mins.

I went today 6/10/25 I scan 7 different items separate because I was getting cash from the machine and the man that was working there asked me if I scanned all the items that I have in my hands I don't know why they have self checkout if they don't trust the customers he make me feel very bad I only buy 2 dollars chips what he was thinking that I'm going to get in trouble for that
