Long lines every time and the app routinely fails. Attendant can't do anything. Better carry a manual Sam's card if you want to use this place. When pumps do work, they are the slowest in Colorado. You may get 2 GPM if you are lucky and others aren't pumping.

Horribly broken card readers. Malfunctioning and standard Wal Mart level quality - Sub par everything. Shame on Sam's Club for delivering such crappy low quality gas pumps.

Gas prices change too often throughout the day. Bought gas this morning and when ia drove by an hour later it was 15 cents cheaper, this has happened to me more than once. Gas is often the same price as a gas station down the street where there is no line like Sam's.

This gentleman, Jared, gives the best customer service, ever! He is the reason I drive from down south to come all the way up here to get my gas at Sam’s. He is congenial, informative, helpful, and he gives treats to my dogs and puts in a good plug that they are available inside at Sam’s! Now I’m buying them all the time when I come up to get my gas. Just thought that you should know that in this day and age when it’s hard to find help, Jared is a shining star! I have seen him manage some difficult things, and he never changes his countenance or way of being. He is always professional, helpful and kind! If I were running Sams club, I would commend him, and do whatever it takes to make sure that he stays with the company! He is a keeper on many levels.

Pumps closed during buisness hours today, unacceptable. You have entire nights of these pumps being closed to conduct these full scale repairs. I will be sure to prioritize Costco gas from here on out. They are sure to put the customer first including recent renovations to ensure a smoother and quicker process.
