self checking open, register closed. "How do I buy cigarettes?" " I was gone 30 seconds, what's your problem?" Why does the cashier have only self checking open with h register saying closed. He seems like he wants to fight someone, I'll be there again.

So a big error on the auto cashier machines they have, today it over charged me for what I was purchasing. This is the second time this has happen and the first time I had to take a loss because they didn't want to help me like I was lying. But today I bought 4 Arizona teas which I was watching them ring up and as I swiped my card to pay it had jumped up to $31. I told the guy right away and he had to call his manager to see what to do. Lucky I was able to get my money back this time because last time they said I had to come back when a manager was in which his hours are opposite of mine and it's a drive for me to get there. This auto cashier is done straight bs. Guess I travel to another circle k on the way to work.

Subject: Urgent Complaint – Employee Misconduct at Store #411 on May 11, 2025 Circle K Corporate Services, This was by far the worst experience I have ever had as a customer. On May 11, 2025, between 8:00 PM and 8:30 PM, I visited Store #411 and was treated with extreme disrespect by an employee named Tory. During the visit, I spent over $200, only to be met with hostility. I was unfamiliar with your new checkout system. The scanner said, “Please remove your items,” so my children and I did. Instead of calmly explaining the new process—such as “Please leave all items on the scanner until payment is complete”—Tory became increasingly rude each time. He snapped at us with no patience or professionalism. When I questioned his tone, he threatened to call the police. I told him to go ahead and stated that I hope the cameras have audio, because they will capture exactly how disrespectfully he spoke to me throughout the encounter. I was calm and respectful until his behavior escalated the situation. I had done nothing wrong. I work at a large hospital as a healthcare professional and have always been a loyal Circle K customer. However, unless I see real action taken, I will not return. I have already shared my experience widely, and I can confidently say that you have lost over 100 customers as a result. More will follow if nothing is done. It is clear from online reviews that Store #411 has a history of rude employee behavior, and yet the same individuals remain at the front counter. That is unacceptable. Circle K cannot survive without customers. You must address this now. Tory needs to be severely reprimanded or removed from the front counter. At minimum, he should undergo extensive customer service training. I will escalate this complaint to the highest level necessary if I do not receive confirmation that appropriate action has been taken. I am not just a disgruntled customer. I am someone who treats all people with kindness and respect, no matter their job. But what happened on May 11 was absolutely unacceptable, and I will not stop speaking up until it is addressed.

At this location you can not cash in your lottery tickets unless you use the money to buy what they sell in the store. I had a $30 lottery ticket and was told that it couldn’t be cashed unless I used it all in the store. They are very rude and unprofessional. And barely can speak English.

Not surprised they have such a low rating. The clerk was rude & demeaning! You are required to use a terminal to buy gas or purchase items. Another customer who spoke no English was trying to buy $10 of gas and the clerk standing right behind the counter kept taunting with “It’s not hard!” God forbid she provides any service!! I told the other customer she should just go elsewhere in the future! I definitely will!
