Went through car wash and I didn’t get a Spick of soap on my truck long story short truck was still dirty had to go inside and still couldn’t get help til the following day! Next morning I come in for a refund, I literally went through it just to get a refund!!! Keep going don’t waste your time!!! Crazy part is the manager was trying to tell me I didn’t come here I showed pics and video of me in the car was that wasn’t enough!!!! GATES DO BETTER GEESH!!!

I want to give a huge "thank you" to the entire front counter team at Gate #1228. I start work early and these employees are already up, working hard, with a positive attitude, greeting customers with kindness and professionalism. They keep the store clean, organized, and safe, and they manage the line and the crowd with patience and respect. They deserve appreciation and recognition for the excellent service they provide to our community, and for the way they represent Gate. Great job, team. I was just trying to get my gas in my car this morning and this little black lady had an attitude that works there as me if I was in the line probably if you were paying attention she would’ve noticed. But beside the point ask me if I had a problem 😂😂😂😂 devil’s working today! I said $15 at pump 18 please and thank you have a great day! Don’t got time today! 😂😂😂 god bless her hope she finds happiness in life no one deserves to be that miserable early in the morning.

I was at this gas station today and had a horrible experience. The cashier I had was a woman named Shaquanna and she was just terrible. Just as angry as ever and seems to hate her job or herself. I can’t tell. She needs a new profession because customer service isn’t for her. I think maybe a mortuary would be better suited for her since people in real life right in front of her are obviously not her concern. She really needs to learn how to greet and speak to people. I felt so unwelcome and like I was unconvincing her by coming to her counter that I no longer with being stopping at this Gate location.
