We needed to stop to get some gas and food. Someplace where the prices were reasonable and close to the off-ramp as we traveled towards our destination. We had not been to a Thorntons before today and we were pleasantly surprised to find that the prices were very reasonable and we were able to get some goodies for the trip. We were impressed and very happy with our discovery!

I give honest reviews good or bad. I went into this location at 6:02 pm to get gas. Right off the bat , there was an issue at the pump... I was not prompted to enter in my phone number to use my discount. I pressed the button for assistance and no one answered. I went into the store and there were a couple people in front of me and two clerks at the registers. One of them was on a personal phone call , with his cell phone provider , trying to change out his phone. He was still checking people out while he was doing this. It was my turn at the register.He just looked at me and I made the motion with my hand that I needed to speak with him because he was still on the phone... He looked flustered and I said , it's okay , I'll wait for the next cashier. He did tell me that he appreciated that I did that. The younger , very pleasant cashier appeared to be new and I asked him about the pump , not prompting me to enter my phone number so I could get a discount. He told me that there's a new app and people have not been able to get prompted at the pump until they download the new version of the app. I didn't know this. I'm super big on customer service , and for the first clerk to be so rude and take personal calls while serving customers was completely unprofessional. I would have only given one star , but because the second clerk was so helpful and nice , I bumped it up a little. I come to Thornton's because of the discounts for the gas... If I had known there was a new app , I would have updated it before I even went there. I could've saved a lot more money going someplace else. I am not happy with the service I received today... And even more upset that I wasn't able to use my coupon code because I knew it was expiring soon.

Spent fifty dollars on diesel and couldn't get a free refill on ice in my own cup. They want eighty nine cents to refill a cup with ice , totally ridiculous. 7-11 is a much better option. Thorntons, now a subsidiary of BP, generates approximately $2 billion in annual revenue, according to recent estimates.

To the woman working here Sunday morning, 08/17, at the register—she's fantastic. Very knowledgeable of yalls app and your merchandise. She deserves some recognition! So friendly, lovely girl.

Good location but some of the electric chargers did not work!!! Everything looks normal but the card reader wasn’t reading and after 15 minutes of trying to get it to work, I move the card…this one worked like it should!!!
