This place is always crowded. Today, the lanes were busy but not too long a wait. The lanes are clear of debris. This location is in a clean and well-maintained condition. Gas is plentiful and of course, members receive a discounted price per gallon.

This place would get five stars because they have plenty of pumps and it moves OK except for people love pulling up to a pump and sitting there in their car on the phone for 10 minutes before they get out to get gas. They have enough employees walking around that need to take the initiative to knock on someone's window and say get gas or move. Another thing is there will be two empty pumps in the front and people sit there and wait for the last person to move so they can pull forward instead of going around and pulling up to the empty pumps. I feel like the employees should be waving these people up to move the line if they don't have common sense enough to do it on their own.

I appreciate the renovation of the Costco Gas Station at Cumberland so much! There are twice as many pumps now, and the lighting early in the morning or in the evening is great. Each lane now has 3 pumps each side. So although people shouldn't have a reason to pull the pump line to the wrong side, some will still do it... but there are more than enough pumps.

there timings says they open at 6 am but no one was there .. waited 30 minutes and finally they opened at 6.30 am … after most of their customers left
