the price is here are competitive probably the cheapest in downtown area Honolulu side actually you should be able to get it for under $4 if you use the discount or the kama'aina rewards staff is friendly the grounds are also patrolled by the security staff that controls the supermarket area and it's pretty accessible you can enter from the back or side street thumbs up 5 stars all around check em out❤️❤️❤️

If you're looking for a cheap gas station closest to the airport I definitely recommend coming here. Definitely can't beat the price.

In all my years of working in customer service, I’ve never yelled at a customer. However, it seems like the older, thin lady working the register on Saturday, 10/6, around 8:30 PM, does this often, as mentioned in other reviews and confirmed by my own experience. I stopped by last night to get a fountain soda. When I went to pour ice into my cup, I noticed the lever for the ice machine was missing. There was no sign or notice that the machine was out of order, so I assumed it was either broken by someone or the store just didn’t care enough to fix it. I carefully adjusted the nozzle to get some ice, but out of nowhere, this lady started yelling at me and my boyfriend, causing a whole scene while other customers were waiting in line. She shouted, “EXCUSE ME, DON’T USE THAT, IT’S OUT OF ORDER. IT NEEDS TIME TO MAKE ICE.” The way she reacted was completely over the top—it was just about a little ice, and she turned it into a big deal. Frustrated, I put back everything I was going to buy, dumped the ice, and left the store. When my boyfriend went to pay for gas and his snacks, she accused him of smelling like weed and rudely told him to leave. We couldn’t believe it. Lady, you’re working in Kalihi—there are far bigger things to worry about than a girl who wanted some ice and a guy who just wanted gas and snacks to get home. My suggestion to the company: train cashiers who actually enjoy their jobs. After all, the cashier is the first person customers interact with, and they set the tone for the store’s environment. Customer don’t need this type of negative attitude.

Bad experienced, one of the cashier I forgot her name but I remembered with brace in her teeth she's small lady, not doing good service. I paid $20 for gas (pump 2) but she denied that I paid. I challenged her to review the surveilance camera but she refused. She act like arrogant and a big liar. It's a lesson for me that's why it's better we ask receipt every transactions we need.

The short and slim cashier lady was not performing good customer service. She let me wait. She was taking her time receiving the new delivery knowing that I was waiting for the Musubi. She look mad!
