Complaint About Security Guard’s Behavior Today at 11:35 AM, I arrived at your gas station to pull in, fill up my car, and use the restroom. The sign on the door states that you are open 24/7, yet the security guard stopped me and refused to let me enter. I approached him again and politely, humanly explained that I really needed to use the restroom and that it would take no more than one minute. Instead of helping, he said, “Bro, we are closed,” took out a cigarette, and started smoking, completely ignoring my request. At the same time, he was allowing other people to go in, while continuing to deny entry only to me. From my perspective, this looked like unfair and potentially discriminatory treatment, especially since there was no clear reason for refusing me. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. After this incident, I can say that I will never visit your location again. I am requesting an explanation as to why the security guard denies entry to customers at a station advertised as being open 24/7, and why a simple, reasonable request was ignored.

I tried getting gas and the cashier was laughing with her friends not listening to me. She put the gas on the wrong pump and blamed me for apparently mumbling. She said she voided the transaction, but I never saw that money again.

Says open 24 hours. Security guard in front is getting free money just standing there sees people pulling in to pump gas clearly the machine say ”indoor payment only” something he couldve easily said instead of looking at people then when you wal towards the door he only says “no” no what speak up just say machine not working its not that hard

I come here on the weekends a lot. That new fat, young dark, skinned security guard is very disrespectful and aggressive. When Mason and the other guards were there they were very respectful and made sure everyone was safe . This new guy just wants to stand there and prove his authority by wearing that uniform.
