Still pending since Tuesday morning July 29th, The clerk mentioned as he was training a newbie that it was his last day and he didn't care, and it showed. I purchased $15 of gas and was not only charged an additional $7 something, but my card declined and I NEVER received the gas. 🤷‍♀️ Meanwhile two customers before me, had been arguing to the clerks aggressively over they're cashapp card declining a lighter. I helped to get these two OUT of the store by purchasing their lighter, and then preceeded to lock the door behind them. I should've known that these two customers were upset because of what was about to also happen to me, but unfortunately I supported the clerks side. 🤦‍♀ They Decline👏 the Card👏 on Purpose👏 (mind you I had more than enough for the gas and the lighter that the previous customers were arguing over) The two clerks BOTH laughed as I tried again, "DECLINED" The clerks said, continuing to laugh showing me they might BOTH be in on this SCAM. I realized this might be one of the many scams other drivers have been talking about on reddit. & It was. DO NOT👏 TRUST👏 THIS BUISINESS👏 or particular BP, They are known for "DECLINING" a transaction to then keep it pending, and pocket that cash at the end of their shift. SCAMMERS تَعلّقي. Shame on me though for not reading the situation of the previous customers more clearly. The other BP's in the area aren't far away, have a much larger business, and larger selection of items to choose from, and are more fairly priced. Don't Be Fooled by these Clowns! 🤡🤡 *Also seeing how EVERY bad review is responded with the SAME computer generated sad excuse of an apology, and directed to a 800 # customer service line, shows me the LACKING in professionalism. CLOWNS! 🤡🤡

Scam gas. Really high prices and it marked more gas capacity than what my vehicle could receive

I don’t know what is wrong with your overnight man. It’s 04:15 am. I walk in and say good morning. When I pay the man in cash, he acts like I’m interrupting his show and tosses my change. When I ask for a bag for my items, he just hands it to me and immediately goes back to his computer. I have no clue why he has a job. He turns away more customers than return.

I came here after getting scammed at the CITGO on 1549 Roosevelt. The guy that works here was very nice and also made sure his customers were safe when there was a curious subject loitering about. Thank you. I had a rough night in the ER with my kid and was upset and it felt good to be helped so I could get home.
