I work in the city and often fill up my car at this gas station. However, they constantly refuse to let customers use the restroom. Even though it’s a public restroom, they always say it’s “out of order” — and this has been happening for almost a year. It seems like they just don’t want to clean up after people, which is unacceptable and possibly illegal. Locking the restroom and denying access to customers is not right. This needs to be addressed.

I happily walked into this establishment today to make a small purchase and unfortunately the Employee whom REJECTED to provide his name was very RUDE and hostile with me as a customer because I simply asked for a receipt. I’ve frequented this gas station for the past 6 years and have never dealt with an employee here that made me feel Unwelcome. I’m assuming he’s a new employee as I’ve never seen him servicing individuals but his Customer Service Skills Are Horrible!

No bathroom. I hate getting gas when there's no bathroom. I drive for Uber. We're people too.
