I had a very disappointing experience with JumpStart. I paid for their service expecting reliable assistance, but they never refunded my money as promised. Because of the delay and lack of support, I ended up paying an additional $40 to two different pump companies just to get the issue handled myself. Customer service was unhelpful and communication was poor throughout the process. I would not recommend this company based on my experience, and I hope they improve how they handle refunds and customer concerns in the future.

Usually a decent place... But a worker named Anne was in a really terrible mood, as if she hates her job, literally threw my money across the counter to me, she needs to be disciplined for terrible customer service, everyone else is pretty cool

I love this store! I usually go once a day and the prices are great, especially when you sign up for the rewards! The staff are always super friendly and accommodating!! Number one in my book!

Great store, respectful employees, clean store, great pizza, and the gas you need. I highly recommend Jumpstart for all your gas station needs.
