I've voiced my opinion at different QT's (at least 6 since i started counting) on not liking the fountain drink dispenser area because I can't reach the soda option buttons on the touch screen very easy because of my disability. Finally, the employee at this QT informed me of the arrow buttons on the sides and how they worked so that they are ADA compliant! She was very friendly and informative which was so nice. Most of the employees are polite to friendly at all of them but I was surprised no one up to this point had mentioned the buttons when hearing my frustration.

Definitely pleased with your staff and the quick response they provided when I heard a guy in the mens restroom trying to get what I assume is his buddy or someone they know to be responsive, they were clearly in a panic trying to get them to respond. I went and alerted a female employee and went with her where they had the door to the back stall open that time and we discovered they were on the phone and the unconscious person clearly looked to be od'ing. Your employee quickly sectioned off that area so others didn't go in and ran to get the narcan, they had him back up around the time the fire dept got on scene as they had just entered and a couple of minutes later walked out with the dude that had od whom it sounded like was not wanting to go with EMS. I'm not sure if QT has like a life saver award or anything like that but that employee definitely deserves that for there actions the morning of April 22nd 2026

God bless these QT employees! This location sees every walk of life on a daily basis, from the unhoused to the millionaires. They do their best to treat everyone the same. I loved this QT location on Friday nights in high school, getting rides on the back of a few of the bikes. So much fun. This evening I took my teenagers to see a local band and needed gas on the way home. We pulled into QT and I could feel the energy buzzing! Crotch rockets, Dodge Chargers, Cadillacs on switches. Big trucks, loud cars and loud music. It felt like I went back in time! There was a news reporter taking pictures. I was driving the Mercedes C class with Miami lights, and they took a picture of my car. My teenagers thought that was so cool. If you don't like a young crowd and loud crowds a suggest finding a different gas station on weekend evenings right now, but during the day, they are very fast and friendly. Their kitchen moves quickly too.

Okay, so... I kind of can't believe I'm making this review. Quiktrip is fine. The employees are always polite, I never have a hard time. This location, however, has left me with such an unexpectedly baffling experience that I'm still thinking about it days later. I'm partial to grabbing hot items on the way to work, usually breakfast burritos. Friday morning, I thought I'd try a sandwich. There were chicken sandwiches, sure, I heard good things. The label specifically says "chicken sandwich with pickles." A little weird, but some people don't like pickles, so I guess it's a fair warning. Whatever. I like pickles and it sounds good. I pay, I head to work. At lunch, I open my sandwich, and... no dressing, no veggies, no cheese... well, okay, fine. The package didn't SAY it had those. But as I take off the biscuit top, lift up the chicken... not a SINGLE pickle. Hello? Not even the bare minimum of what was on the label??? What is going on??? I paid five dollars for a dry biscuit and a hunk of chicken (admittedly this part was pretty good), and I was robbed of promised pickles. This is truly bizarre. I don't know where the mistake occurred — mislabeling, or misprep of the food, or something else — but I pray they don't start doing this with my burritos next.

Million out of 10, my card malfunctioned and I couldnt get enough gas to get home, I live 2hrs from this location, asked an employee why my card messed up and we didnt know why, hid manager didnt know why and paid for my gas, super thankful for his help and I made it home safe
