Refused my service dog. Thought I was homeless!! SURPRISE! I'm now sitting at home on my computer and have just submitted report to US Department Of Justice for service dog mistreatment violation. Now I'm filing a complaint with corporate, and will be sending the video to all the local news outlets. I hope it was worth it guys.

Extremely rude staff and extremely over priced on all goods! If you are looking for Zyn and Velo, stay away from this store! They are almost double the price of others! Tried getting 2 cans of velo and wanted to charge me almost $16. That is outrageous!

We had to stop to use the bathroom. They provided the code but neglected to say there was no toilet paper. At all. We had to ask the food area inside for napkins

Idealmart at the chevron station 447 Rampart new orleans, la. They do not have working bathrooms for patrons or employees. Third place in New Orleans has no working bathrooms off season. Report them to the Health department, no restrooms to wash hands nasty place

While I was there, I saw somebody tried to shoplift and security grab them. This used to be a really great place to go get a quick something to eat, and the people were always friendly. But since the new owners took over, it’s subpar food with really crappy service and after seeing One of the store, clerks, kicking someone in the stomach that security had already apprehended, I won’t be returning . These new owners suck.
