It was a terrible experience this morning The staff is so rude The coffee machine was not ready only hot water came out it was not brewing I asked the following woman came charging at me threatening me verbally and she was about to go physical I think it was because I am Asian and they do not care While the royal firms next door staff was courteous

Tim a Dante has great customer service fills. I rate them as a five store when I first walked in the store. I was greeted by Tim with a big smile and a welcoming come on in and Dante. He waited on me. He have such great hospitality. They helped me find everything I need they helped me with the coffee machine. They were so great. I believe if I go in a place and I’m welcome the way I did. I will come there faithfully every time just to get a cup of ice.

I’ve been a going to this dash in for years. Tonight my wife paid for her gas at the pump and I went inside to use the atm. After those transactions were made my wife pulled up to use the restroom. When she walked in absolutely no one was at the register and she proceeded to go into the woman’s restroom. I watch the store clerk walk from the back and stood in front of the woman restroom door and waited for her to come out and rudely asked her “what the woman restroom sign said?!” Implying and assuming her sexual orientation. My wife is born a female so I’m unsure why after she advised him of such he still decided to decided to double down and continue his harassment and rude remarks. It truly sucks bc what the hell does a woman have to do be respected and be approach with the some dam manners???!!!!

When the clerk does not know the price of an item but yells to the kitchen about how much it is ,is an issue. The kitchen staff from the back added an extra dollar towards Turkey Creek snacks hot & spicy chichharrones. If you know, still double check. When you don't care, pass over your responsibility to someone who might check the accuracy of the price.
