My husband stopped at this royal farms 4/4/26 between 145p.m - 2 p.m to get money out of the ATM when a disgruntled employee started screaming saying he stole something (he put his wallet in his back pocket) she was screaming through the store, very loudly accusing him of stealing. She got a police officer involved who found her claims were untrue and was even laughing at the employee for her loud claims being unjust. She kept insisting he stole even after he emptied his pockets, lifted his shirt & pants to show all he had on him was cash from the ATM & his wallet. It was embarrassing and he was mortified being humiliated in public by an employee who was acting very crazy and disgruntled. He asked the woman to check the cameras multiple times, the cop agreed but she refused. Doing this to someone without any proof or even willingness to check the cameras to show what she saw or why she thought this and humiliating them in a store with other customers present to me seems like very bad theft training. It felt like profiling since my husband had just got off work at his blue collar job and presented as “dirty”. Maybe this employee needs to learn to not judge someone based off appearance, we are doing just fine we don’t have a need to steal from a convenience store. I really hope royal farms does a better job with training future employees as well as hiring those with better customer service skills and how to remain calm instead of yelling like a mad woman thru a store falsely accusing people with no proof. My husband had to go through being stopped in front of a ton of people by a police officer just for the employees claims to be found untrue. I hope this employee faces consequences and doesn’t ever have to be publicly humiliated, although she did a good enough job of that herself by acting as she did. Disgusted. No wonder this store has such low reviews with employees like this.

Avoid, unless to pump gas only. Incredibly rude staff at checkout. They cannot and don’t want to hear you, don’t know their own inventory and what’s going on. Worst customer service, although I’m not peaky myself. Nasty coffee service area, everything is completely not maintained. I would better not to buy food from them either at this location.

Me and my wife stopped to use the bathroom and get something to eat and drink very bad experience didn’t wanna receive any food or drinks after using the bathroom as it looked like this when running a restaurant inside of a store even in convenience the cleanliness of the bathroom represents the whole store. Absolutely disgusting will not visit the store ever again if I could give zero stars, I would.

Not the safest place so I've seriously limited my visits here. Warning to people signing up for the rewards gas prices offer... They use ACH which according to the company had a window of 7 to 21 days to debit the money meaning if you don't 'balance your checkbook' so to speak old school style you'll wind up never knowing when they will take the money. I learned this when my husband got gas & marked it off but 20 days later they still hasn't taken it so a check on the mobile banking app showed nearly $70 more in it then it should have had. So as long as you're aware of this & can prepare yourself for a possible month long wait for the money to leave you'll be OK but most paycheck to paycheck families will struggle with this. Also be aware it can be as quickly as same day at times as well, theres literally no way of knowing. Also they have the worst fries here! Either still raw or burnt

The worst manager ever, no maner cero customer service skills April 4 2026, 1pm You manager just push away another great customer ROFO rewards for Foyal Farm For a cup of ice. I don't recommend customer to go to that store. Very sorry for the Royal Family.
