⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointed with my experience at this store. The cereal was clearly marked at $2.99, but when I got to the register, I was charged $3.59. In addition, there was a promotion stating “Buy 2, Get 1 Free,” so I picked up three boxes. However, the register charged me for all three and did not apply the advertised promotion. When I asked the staff about the price difference and the promotion, I was simply told that was the price, with no effort to correct the issue or provide a clear explanation. Customers should be able to trust the prices and promotions displayed in the store. I recommend checking your receipt carefully before leaving, as my experience was frustrating and misleading.

Guy just cashed a $500 ticket and give me a hundred back then agreed like he didn't understand, turned into a big seen luckily there was a guy to translate so he couldn't keep up the act....

I don't live in the US and we are not used to self service gas stations. I asked for the cashier to explain to me what I needed to do to fill up my gas tank and he started mocking me. He also said that I needed to use Shell plus on my rental car, otherwise they wouldn't accept it back. I trusted him, but that is apparently a lie, since on the rental they said I could use any gasoline.

This particular Shell station is the pits. I work near this station so it is quite convenient. But that’s where it ends. I have gone in many times in the past, only to find that most of the time, the pumps have no receipt paper, which mean you have to go inside and wait in line. Wasting time. Within that past few weeks I have noticed price changes throughout the day. In the morning I have seen $3.59, only to go past a couple of hours later and see it up to $3.79. Then back down to $3.59 in the morning again. This morning it is saying $3.94. I can only imagine what it will be this afternoon. Do they pick prices out of a hat?

For the people giving Shell a bad review. DONT GO THERE! I Think everyone there is very nice. And they have the best gas prices around. So if you have nothing nice to say then just keep your mouth SHUT!
