Thank you Monii for being professional and dealing with the longest line I’ve ever seen in Holiday history. If there was ever a Tom Brady of Holiday, it was her. She’s gotta be the GOAT! Thank you for representing yourself and the company well. Monii deserves a raise and appreciation for her hard work!

Follow up 9 months later my card worked this time but the receipt printer was out, that seems pretty typical of all the Holiday stores i visit. Terrible service this gas station never accepts credit card pay at the pump terminal always broken. Ever since Circle K took over the station is terrible.

I stopped at the Holiday Gas location at 2322 N Washington Ave, Minneapolisn MN 55411 this afternoon (July 26th) to get an ice coffee (I loveee Holiday's coffee). I got an XL, went to pay, and T.I. (the cashier that "helped me out") asked me if I had 25 cents after I handed him 3 $1 bills. I thought he meant as for him give me change back, I said no, I do not (I left my wallet in the car). Then he said, " That's ok, you are good." So I was waiting for my change back, then he YELLED at me: "YOU CAN GO, YOU'RE GOOD while I was waiting for my change. Turns out he charged me $3.25 for a coffee, which is not the right price. I buy one or 2 coffees mostly every day, and always I pay under $3 or $6, depending if I'm getting one for my husband too. I told him that the coffees were not 3.25, and the manager was right behind him, she was just staring at me like if I was trying to scam them and she didn't even say anything about the way one of her staff was talking to a customer (me). Even though, if the coffee was the price he charged me, there are ways you can talk to customers, not yelling at them the way he did. This is the worst experience I have ever had at any Holiday gas, for the kind of work I do, I'm always on the road and is very usual for me to stop at different Holiday locations, in different cities and in neither of them I had been treated the way they did at this location. I never had been yelled at any store/place and made you feel like if you're trying to scam them. In every single Holiday I had been, they have the prices for their coffee's (the pictures I'm attaching are just as an example). Very disappointed, I felt humilated by this T.I. person for his treatment to me and the manager who didn't even check what's going on.

Although theres good items, the limited time red velvet cupcake gave me serious food poisoning and threw up over 4 times.
