I went to BP station on 39th and Garfield in Kansas City today and received the absolute worst customer service. The person behind the glass was abrasive, condescending and I told him that I did nothing to deserve this treatment.He was totally indifferent. We embraced you into our community and you want to treat us as less than human. I will not let this go. As a former Customer Experience Director I would have never allowed associates to treat customers this way. The people in this neighborhood are the reason for your success. I will do everything in my power to spread the word via social media and throughout the community that we deserve better service and will not settle for less. I expect an immediate response, an apology and a change in behavior immediately. I will await your response by Tuesday morning.
