The phone service they use doesn't know the store policy the phone line said just come in no appointments. When you go in for Tire service they say you need an appointment. It's not hard to communicate proper procedure to your phone department.

Cheapest in town. Wait times can be long but worth the wait. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Absolutely awful, half of their pumps were down and no worker notified or marked the downed pumps so there are lines of people waiting and stopping on broken pumps. So you have to go around again and wait. This was the most awful experience I had at the sams and the price is no longer the lowest. There a Phillips with gas that is cheaper on Fridays.

Easy in/out, appreciate they have windshield washers on hand at gas pumps, and are generally convenient and available along the freeways for my cross country trip, unlike Costco. Generally very competitive prices on gas.
