I just visited the Circle K at 2833 Freedom Dr. I wanted to purchase gas and snacks thru my Circle K app. I went in to use the bathroom and came out, I was standing by the snacks that I like trying to pull up my app to claim my rewards but The manager? came over to say that I could not stand there. I told him that I was pulling up my app to buy gas and snacks. This man 6’ tall (not like me) told me that I couldn’t stand there to pull up my app/to purchase snacks or gas. I am a 65 year old, 5’4” tall, brown skin lady, didn’t do anything wrong, but he said I couldn’t stand there to get my order together from a Circle K app. If there was a zero star he made it today. Shame on you, this store looks like they’re having a grand opening. I’ll never go again, I left without making any purchase. I was in this store less than 10 minutes!!!!

Charging $1.25+ For Just a Cup of Ice Meanwhile Cashier Kita Slurping Down a icee with the nasty attitude. Higher than the 79 cents on posted signs Polar Ice Drinks. Come on Circle K yall do better Bad attitude For Just Ice (Extortion)

Employee scratched off something on lottery ticket.. and when trying to retrieve winnings, system says not a winner or can't recognize the bar code. Next time don't scratch off nothing for customers, give the lottery ticket back to customer so they can scratch themselves. Other employee was rude a woman, talking about go somewhere else then... No tell your employees don't scratch off anything when handed lottery tickets. Don't make no sense. EDIT: I attached a similar ticket that I gave to the employee.. you can see that the barcode is still covered. ALL MY TICKETS LOOKED LIKE THIS!! The employee asked if I had something to scratch the ticket off with, I said no, he proceeds to open the cash draw and used a coin to scratch off my lotto ticket bar codes.. mysteriously after doing that NOW I can't cash out. What a dofus... Stop hiring bird brain employees who don't know what they're doing. Now I have 3 lotto tickets I can't receive winnings for because this guy scratched off barcode smh. Get wiser employees and employees who know how to give better customer experience. And fire the woman especially she's rude and inconsiderate and never even allowed me to speak.

I've never been to such a dirty Circle K. Like why is the cooler doors so dirty and where you get the slushy from totally disgusting dust and sticky whatever where you get ya lids from. Why why why the fountain drinks always flat. I don't go here often but this my last time its to to dirty

24 hours and not exactly true either this company needs to hire more staff or doing something about the scheduling. It's crazy how many cars pull up just to have to be turned away for service.
