Overall okay experience for the Cafe. I did not use the Gas station but did use the free air. Both of them seem to be working. Inside the Cafe is okay. I ordered buffalo sub which took around 15 minutes to prepare and wasn't great. The table were not cleaned or wiped so you basically dine off the same table someone used. The café seemed to have verities but due to the their slowness- I gave 4 stars. The store itself was well stocked up with whatever a gas station carries but wasn't arranged nicely. Tesla Supercharger on the lot seemed to be nice feature to have. The supercharger is rated at 250 KWh but you're barely getting 100 KWh when you're just by yourself.

GetGo is generally a great place to stop, whether you’re fueling up with gas or charging your Tesla. The station itself is clean, safe, and has a calm atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for a quick pit stop at any time of day. However, my recent visit left me with mixed feelings due to an issue with the Tesla charging spots. I pulled in to charge my Tesla and found all the chargers occupied – but not by electric vehicles. One particular spot was taken by a regular car, which was frustrating. I ended up waiting about 40 minutes for my car to charge, and during that entire time, the non-electric car remained parked in the EV charging space. It was pretty disappointing, as it shows a lack of consideration and awareness from some drivers. GetGo is doing a lot of things right, but they really need to address this issue to ensure that EV drivers can access the chargers they need. If they could implement some form of enforcement or better signage to prevent non-electric cars from taking up those spots, it would make a huge difference. As you can see from the photos, this is something that needs attention. Overall, GetGo is a solid station with plenty to offer, but they need to work on ensuring that their EV chargers are available for those who actually need them.

An absolute disgrace. Last night, an employee named Andy James explicitly stated that store policy permits the targeted harassment of customers using severe racial, political, and homophobic slurs. > A peaceful family—a widowed father and his autistic son—were physically and verbally assaulted by an aggressive individual inside this establishment. Instead of de-escalating the situation or protecting the patrons, this store employee actively defended the aggressor. He chose to verbally abuse the victims, hurling vile slurs at a vulnerable child and his grieving father. A formal police report has been filed regarding this incident. This location is a severe safety hazard for families, children, and protected classes. Corporate management needs to address this employee’s behavior immediately before legal action forces the issue. Stay far away.

Very clean, well lit station clean restrooms and fair priced gas... staff is very helpful and kind as well

I use the cafe/dining area in the wee hours of the morning (4:00 ~ 6:00) and appreciate the peaceful and relaxed vibe of the space for purposes of studying, focusing on computer work, phone calls, emails, etc... The staff are friendly and laidback hosts to the space, and I've never felt harassed or pressured to buy something in order to feel welcome there.
