Stopped today get gas and we were not allowed to use the restroom. Makes me wonder if its truly for everyone or because other reasons. Bad business. Will definitely contact Marathon. Would have taken my business somewhere else if I knew a restroom would be denied to me and my children.

Trash store with trash customer service.. You would think because it’s downtown they would be nice and pleasant… Not at all.. They said 24hrs online I had to wait 6 minutes before she opens and rings me up.. Attitude is crazy fr and very unprofessional.. Lol please please get new workers for the sake of your business.. She wouldn’t give me her name but she’s a light skinned woman 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

I come here often, as I work across the street. Despite the consistently poor attitudes from the cashiers, I continue to be polite for who knows why. The cashiers here are comically disorganized, rude, and unprofessional. Every time I come in they act like they're inconvenienced by their employment and the simplest asks such as asking for a bag for my items is an apparent crime against humanity.

If I come by myself they’re super nice as soon as I bring my biracial child in the store we’re full of attitude and sass. Absolutely unprofessional behavior from some of the employees. The assistant manager is amazing and even plays with my daughter however the rest of the team is extremely disrespectful.

There was a homeless individual outside that today was hungry I attempted to buy him a sandwich and chips and a bottle of water and a soda she refused to sell it to me because she said I was getting it for him and that we're not doing that
