I am a regular customer at this store in Grandview and I am always thrilled with the MTO food and your consistently low prices for gas. However, the parking lot and trash cans at this (and most other Central Ohio locations) is always embarrassingly dirty. The trash cans are always full and left unattended for days; and there is always trash and debris throughout the property. In fact, the cleanliness of just about every store I have visited in Columbus is always disappointing. I'd love to see some consistency, pride, and an attention to the total customer experience, but in my experience, it seems to be on brand for all Sheetz locations. Their website promises that Sheetz is committed to being a good neighbor. Is there some reason you can't do better, dear neighbor? Is this too much to ask?

Everyday I order my Sheetz from the one on Bethel, I am reminded of how well you guys did my order every single time I ordered it about a couple years back. I used to add chili, relish, pickles, bbq, and honey mustard to my hot dogs and every single time I ordered it I got every single topping I asked for and I was very, very happy. And Everytime I doordash from the Bethel location, I am reminded of how good I had it when I ordered from this location. I honestly get a little nostalgic thinking about my loaded hotdogs from here, and honestly I think the hotdogs are an underrated item. If you are someone who is thinking about ordering from this Sheetz, I just want to triple-double recommend it to you. They have never once messed up my order.

Decently clean floors, decently cleaned bathroom. Food took a hot minute, and the milkshake took 30 minutes. The worker was walking around seemingly doing nothing.

Sheetz is awesome convenient store to go to. I love the low prices on fuel. I love the set up of placing your order or you can do it online. I am a super big fan of the banana 🍌 shake🥤👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🥰 Amazingly delicious. I am getting addicted to this shake. My granddaughter loves the chocolate shake, Sheetz have good food I never tried but I have seen the turnout of ppl ordering. My granddaughter loves their cheeseburgers 🍔 & 🍟 fries. It is a must try they offer a rewards card fyi I think because I was taking pictures I don't know but if the management was a little 🤨🤨 curious to what I was doing but I was waiting on my shake order that took a little long than the other Sheetz. I think something was happening😮but my shake was sitting ready🤔🥱🤫!!!! (They should went over to help get the orders out) IJS 😁🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺😁

If the app says its going to take 10 minutes to order food, it will take at least 20. This is not based on a few isolated incidents, I visit this location regularly. Starting to reassess that. Ok, revisited here a few times since the last paragraph. Quality is going down, wait time it increasing. Cold mozzarella sticks, and twice the wait time the app said.
