I come to this Mapco when I have to come to my Vanderbilt appointment, But today Was different and older gentleman by the name of Darryll, Was an absolute wonderful, wonderful man great customer service skills, I grabbed a pizza. He told me that there was a special he was so polite. I went to bag my own stuff. He said he would bag it himself. I mean, I have never seen any Quick store, gas station someone treat you with so much respect and so much attention!!! Out of 1 through 10 I give Darryll 100💯💯💯💯💯 God bless him

Literally every time they have a sale on their Pizza. The oven is broken. Four different times now I have ordered pizza breadsticks from this mapco. And each time when there's good coupons. The oven is broken. At this point I'm just going to go look for another gas station to get my diesel. Clearly the staff don't want to do their jobs. Because at this point their pizza oven is about as reliable as the McDonald's soft serve machine. Also the morning staff have an attitude problem. Sad part is I'm literally eight blocks away from this location. But I would rather put my money elsewhere. Then try to support a gas station that wants to half ass everything.

This Mapco location provides the basic service of getting inexpensive gas, sometimes. Despite being on busy 21st at the Vandy Medical Center, this Mapco often has some of the least expensive gas in the area. However, you can’t always get gas there. There are times when people use the gas pumps as parking spots, to sit in their car and eat lunch, to shop in the convenience store, and who knows what else while taking up a pump. I have been there at times when there has been a vehicle parked in front of every pump, nobody in the vehicles, and nobody pumping gas, as if it were a simple parking lot. It’s just unreliable to even be able to get gas. And the extra cars make it an unnecessary adventure to navigate in and out of the gas station. I can’t imagine the owners appreciate the lost gas business when that happens. That’s what you get for inexpensive gas, especially if the location in Hillsboro is convenient for you.

I’m from out of town, and I don’t normally do reviews at all. But this gas station was so dirty, I’m making an exception. I would certainly not buy food from there. If they do food like they do the exterior… Their gas pumps, islands, and the fill-up lanes look like every student at Vanderbilt for the past 10 years has thrown up there. Trash cans draining liquid all the way past all pumps. Pressure washer is only about $100-$200, guys. It’s a very nice part of town, but this looks like it’s on skid row.

I went in to use the restroom! When I tell you the bathroom is sooooo disgusting! I mean how does the employees use the restroom?! Soon as you open the door you can smell it and 💩 was on the toilet seat and toilet paper looked like it was dropped on the disgusting floor "I did not use" luckily I carry wipes 🙏🏾 but yall need to fix this situation! No pics, I was ready to get outta there 😩
