This is a beautiful store with a great selection of EVERYTHING! The florist area is gorgeous and has amazing flowers and plants. The produce section is full of every kind of fruit and vegetable. The little cafe has excellent food and their homemade pot pies are phenomenal! The staff at the pharmacy are so kind and helpful. I definitely recommend does Tom Thumb for all your shopping needs. They also have a Starbucks inside the store!

Every time I come to this location the employees are sitting in the back and seem bothered that they have to come to the front to help customers constantly get an attitude or eye roll from them. They have horrible customer service.

I usually have no complaints about Tom Thumb, but today was disappointing. I went in to pick up some graduation balloons, and the two women working in the balloon and floral department were very dismissive and unfriendly. They weren’t helpful at all and made the experience feel unwelcoming.
