WOW. I had another superb experience at Murphy's USA and just had to share. After a long day, I popped in for a few items and was met with a welcoming, warm smile as if to say, "I'm glad you're here." Shauntay offers excellent customer service with a great personality, and a can do attitude. She is an asset to your team. What a great hire!!! Thank you for employing this human. #HappyCustomer

The city of Austin should fine Walmart Murphy Gas Stations for not providing access to the use of bathrooms, which are necessary for gas consumers like me, $135 dollars every 3 days.

Worker assumed my brother was stealing because he was putting things in a reusable bag before paying. She yelled at him even though he told her he was going to pay. Then she yelled and told him to leave. He just usually buys a lot at convenient stores.

What happened to manager Kathleen? She was so efficient running this store, even making sure that windshield fluid tanks were full and paper towels refilled. She defended me when a male customer called me horrible names when I accidentally went in the wrong door during the pandemic. Since she’s no longer there, standards have gone down considerably.

I always go to this gas station because it's convenient. I buy gas, cigarettes, and scratch off cards with my debit card and most gas stations don't let you do that. Anyway when they don't run out of gas they run the place pretty good.
