A reliable and consistently great Shell station in Austin! This Shell location in Austin is one of those dependable stops that always delivers exactly what you need quickly and without any fuss. The pumps are always well maintained and in perfect working order making every fuel stop smooth and completely hassle free. The convenience store inside is clean, well stocked and carries a solid selection of snacks, drinks and everyday essentials that make it a genuinely useful stop beyond just filling up the tank. The fuel quality is consistently excellent and the prices are very competitive for the area. The staff is always friendly and keeps the entire station in great condition throughout the day. A reliable and welcoming stop that I always appreciate and would recommend to anyone in Austin without hesitation!

Double check your receipts! They try to scam you and the city by both ringing up significantly higher prices on items instead of scanning and then claiming beer is tax exempt. And this wasn’t a few cents more on a 10.99 six pack the attendant Raza charged me 17.99. I asked for a receipt and pointed it out explicitly and the guy claimed that is how it rang up. He refused to refund me the difference. My guess is he was lying and trying to take a little for himself. Because if this is how beer rings up properly then this business is cheating the tax man, the TABC and their customers. Place is a convenient location though when leaving downtown and Raza was friendly until I asked for a receipt

Best staff excellence services and good selection of products in a very small place also I used their facilities and it’s was very clean.

Lots of homeless people begging for money right by the door to go in. They even harass you at the gas pumps. Avoid this place if you can.
