The only place in town that is 24 hour but they are not ADA compliant so if you are in a wheelchair or need a mobility scooter or don't want to walk the long way around 9 blocked off aisles to get to one item this probably isn't the best store for you. A real catch 22 for the disabled; They'll accommodate with hours but with nothing else. The mobility scooters have been busted for months and they don't seem to have any intention of fixing them. The aisles day and night are full of crates of products which are placed in a way so a cart can't get through let alone a wheelchair or mobility device. Overall: This is the only store I shop at because of the hours and prices but God do they seem to hate disabled people for some reason... If they were actually ADA compliant they'd have 5 stars from me.

I LOVE to grocery shopping! I mean it, LOVE. I especially love to shop at night, when theres no one else out. So the fact that they are open 24hrs already earns them 3 stars. The fourth is for the staff. They have always been friendly and knowledgeable to me. The reason they dont get 5 stars is because, the few times I have been there and found it busy? Only one damn lane is open. I'm talking over 10 people in line with full carts.

When shopping at WinCo, I 99% of the time shop at the Coffee Rd, WinCo location, in Bakersfield, Ca. PROS: I appreciate WinCo's prices as they tend to still be cheaper then Walmart and other grocery stores. CONS: This is just a suggestion, On Oswell & Mall View Rd, there is a PetSmart location that will soon be moving acrossed and down the street. WinCo should seriously consider putting a location there. I don't like how they changed their Pizza counter. They used to make made to order pizzas that were delicious and affordable. But back in Sept 2025 they changed and no longer make the pizza fresh. Because of the way they operate the Pizza counter, I give 3 ⭐'s; if the pizza counter were the same as it used to be, I would give 5 ⭐'s

We have been WinCo customers from the first week they opened on Coffee Rd. Yesterday, when I went to buy our groceries,I had several items on my list from the deli. I noticed about two weeks ago that they were remodeling the deli. When I tried to find the items I have been buying for years, they were not there. Everything is prepackaged and extremely difficult find. After a few minutes of searching I gave up. One of the premier attractions was the deli. Now it is just another grocery store. So sorry you have automated your seafood and deli section. I left and went to Albertsons. They are still providing some personal service. I hope they fire whoever redesigned the WinCo deli.

It was nice and clean. They add a lot of different things that the WinCo closet to me didn’t have which I love. They were out of several things but it was the beginning of the month to b fair other wise NI COMPLAINTS!
