The customer service is wonderful. The lady in the kitchen was not truthful today. I ordered from the kitchen a chopped beef sandwich without sauce and a croissant sandwich. I noticed she took the chopped beef sandwich from the walk up and go side. I asked her did you get the sandwich from the walk up and go side, She said no, I just made it. If it was from the kitchen it comes in paper. If it's from the grab and go side. It comes in foil paper with the price. My supposed to be made fresh sandwiche is supposed to come from the kitchen. But it didn't I was very disappointed because I don't know when it was made and if someone picked it up and put it back. I just don't know... I see she didn't either.

QT is my favorite convenient gas station no matter what city or state I visit. My experience at this location was a very pleasant one. The cashier that I encountered was the best employee ever, his name was Leo, I enjoyed his interaction with me and my granddaughter. He was very friendly, funny and professional at the same time. He made us laugh, he answered our questions as he joked with us. I didn't expect the interaction because in most stores the employees don't acknowledge your presence they take your money and on to the next person, but not Leo he made us feel welcomed and told us to come and visit again. In today's society everyone is busy living and are about business or focused on what they came for, and no one acknowledges anyone, I appreciate his kindness, its the small things that can make a difference in ones day, a simple Hello or How are you with a smile 😃. Even though the store was busy Leo is a great example of great customer service that I appreciate in my daily experiences when I'm out. Kudos Leo! In case this review does not include the location it is on Lemmon Ave in Dallas TX, I just happen to be in that area.

I went here this morning to get a sandwich for my lunch. I got the Roast Beef and Cheddar sub. It was $6.49, at that price point I thought it might be very good. I was wrong the sandwich 5 inches long and I believe it supposed to be 6. It had 1 piece of meat on it, 1 slice of a wilted dried out tomato, and 1 leaf of lettuce and 1 slice of cheese. I got it on wheat, and the bread was hard on the end. It was the worst over price sandwich I ever had. I think 7-Eleven sandwiches are much better. I feel that QT purposely set out to rip people off. I know people will still go there but I just had to say. And while I'm at I am tired of the pumps being out of paper, and I have to walk inside to get my gas receipt. You just can't get good service these days and it all boils down to the managers. They don't care about good customer service anymore.

Staff is wonderful, I wish there was a way to prevent the air pump from being tampered with but you can only do so much with the homeless population as bad as it is in this area. Saw a guy fighting a tree in the CVS parking lot yesterday

I stopped at this QT location at approximately 8a.m. and was immediately disappointed by the lack of basic cleanliness and professionalism. The restaurant area was not clean, and I observed an employee coughing repeatedly in the food preparation area without covering their mouth. This is a serious food safety concern and completely unacceptable in any establishment serving food. After checking out with a large number of items, the cashier asked if I wanted a bag instead of simply providing one, then appeared confused when I did not immediately respond. When a customer is clearly purchasing multiple items, common sense and basic customer service should apply. This location reflects a broader pattern I have noticed across multiple QT stores: a lack of awareness, training, and courtesy. Convenience stores are supposed to make life easier, not require customers to explain obvious needs. Management needs to address sanitation standards and customer service expectations immediately.
