Came here and put $30 in my tank only to receive $20 , after going back inside and letting the cashier know I was shorted $10 she had no clue what going and did not want to check the cameras to confirm, management is unprofessional

This day 11/19/25 Young African lady wearing the smallest ponytail next to co worker with guy always with hoodie on needs customer service skills. Bad look for racetrac VERY unprofessional . Female security guard only guarding her dog lady with fake blonde hair.

Love the energy of the night time employees, always warm and welcoming and seeming to enjoy themselves. Nothing worse than dealing with people who seem like they hate being there. My favorite 3 are the girl, guy and lady security officer. The security lady always gives such a sweet smile and the other 2 always give great service. Plus the bathrooms are always clean and available!!

The 2 ladies in there right now behind the counter at 9:43 PM on 11/24/2025 need to learn some customer service skills and common decency. Walk in and they are talking loud complaining about their jobs being rude to customers, not one customer came in there that was greeted or a thank you!! I was going to use a coupon for cigarettes and when I finally get to the counter I hit redeem and it gives you 5 minutes to redeem. I’m 54 years old and she literally asked for my ID wouldn’t except the picture of my drivers license. So by the time I go back to my car and get back in line my coupon is gone. I have no problems showing an ID for age restricted items but when I’m in there 2 days ago nobody asked me for an ID. If it’s not a requirement for each employee using a little common sense on someone that is 54 or allowing the use of a picture but no she did it to be rude and spiteful. Again no greeting just where is your ID very rudely. I went down the street to Murphys and won’t waste my time going in a place where people are treated rudely mind you these people that are interrupting your job gossip session is who provides your paychecks
