I want to express heartfelt appreciation for Terrence at this location. His kindness and helpfulness truly stood out. He carries a calm, uplifting energy that made our visit feel easy and pleasant from start to finish. It’s rare to meet someone who brings genuine warmth and presence into their work, and Terrence does just that. Grateful for his care and the light he shares through simple, thoughtful service.

Fewer pumps and more difficult to access than other Sam's Stations around town. All of them need to rethink their one-way traffic patterns, as the vast majority of cars have their gas caps on the driver's side these days, but this one in particular is crammed in between the parking garage, the store, and two retaining walls, requiring a lot more maneuvering than others. Still, scan and go at the pump is very convenient and the price usually can't be beat without saving up a dollar off at Kroger or something extreme like that... In short, if I find myself low on gas and I don't want to go all the way to Garland or Plano, I won't hesitate to stop here again!

One thing about some Sam's Club that is irritating is when you have 8 cars going 8 different ways. I almost didn't get gas here as one line was lined up on one side for one set a pumps, but another set of pumps was lined up on the other. They really do need to enforce a one way pull ins. When I was finally able to pull up to a pump, the lady in front of me not only pulled in from the exit side, but she pulled up so far, I almost couldn't get the hose to my tank. This is why everyone needs to go in the same way. Had she gone in on the entrance side, there would have been sufficient amount of space for me to actually be pulled up next to the pump rather than behind it.

I love the perks that Sam's club gives its members using their credit card, especially on gas!

The challenge I have is pulling around, but other than that it’s a convenient location near a half price books, a full sized Walmart and attached Sam’s club.
