A week ago I had an accident at this gas station. There was spilled gasoline, and I slipped and fell. Out of embarrassment, I got up quickly and went to tell the attendant that I had fallen and that there was a lot of spilled gasoline. Mr. Jose seemed not to know what he was doing or the protocol he was supposed to follow. I told him he could speak to a manager, and he replied that there was no one there. I told him again to speak to a manager, and he again replied that there was no one there except me. I told him that such a big store doesn't have a manager, to which I replied, "Don't worry, I'll go and find one." I arrived at the store and asked to speak to a manager. I explained what happened, and they didn't think I was lying since I reeked of gasoline because my pants and shoes were soaked. The manager arrived and said, "Come on, let's make a report, and we're sorry this happened to you." And she went... A week ago I had an accident here and didn't report it. I was like, "Hmm, okay." They kept me there for over 30 minutes filling out the report. They told me they would contact me within 24-48 hours, and it's been 7 days and so far no one has contacted me. I've come to the conclusion that Mrs. Margarita never filed the report. I hope I'm wrong, because if instead of slipping, that gasoline had ignited, what would have happened? Maybe because I'm Hispanic, the lady discriminated against me and didn't file the report.

This is where I get gas and occasionally shop. The process is very streamlined. Scan the QR code, pump and your receipt is generated and housed in the app. Inside, I use scan & go. Very convenient. This is the only way I shop now.
