It’s a hit and a miss like any other place.. But I’ve never experienced bad customer service Be prepared for the homeless people Who can be quite entertaining or annoying depending on the day🤣 Restrooms are the same Some days there very clean and others not so much This is an employee issue..

QT in downtown Fort Worth is honestly the unsung hero of my daily routine. This place is like a beacon of hope when I'm running late (which is often) and need my caffeine fix or just a quick bite. The coffee is always fresh and way better than you’d expect for a gas station—seriously, it rivals some fancy cafes. And let's talk about the snacks... Do I need a taquito at 7 a.m.? Probably not, but can I resist it? Absolutely not. The staff here are consistently friendly and actually seem happy to help, which is refreshing. Even during the busy times, they keep things moving smoothly. The store itself is always clean, even the bathrooms, which is something you don't take for granted in downtown. Parking can be a little tight, but hey, it’s downtown—I'll take a small hassle for the convenience QT brings. Plus, there's something oddly therapeutic about filling up my gas tank while munching on a bag of QT’s signature pretzels. It’s like adulting, but fun. Overall, if you’re in downtown Fort Worth and need a quick pit stop that’s a step above, this QT is the place to go!"

This gas station is always clean, and the employees are laughing and smiling anytime I come into the QT. Good job to the manger(s). Great customer service experience. And the food is actually good!

There is only one register open with one clerk checking people out. I was standing in line to get checked out meanwhile another line form.. instead of the clerk telling people it’s only one line he starts checking people out from the other line as if me an other people weren’t already waiting. If you are looking for some where quick, convenient, and has good service.. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!

This place is always a mess, dirty bathrooms and the coffee bar is never up to typical QT standards. This is probably the worst QT I’ve been to in Fort Worth since i moved here two years ago. I keep trying to come back thinking things will change but unfortunately it’s consistently disappointing and I’d rather go to a different location. Do better Mgr!
