Beware before bringing your vehicle here. The car wash broke my side mirror completely off my vehicle, and when I reported it, management refused to take any responsibility. Their explanation was that they wouldn't pay for the damage because it had never happened to another customer's car before. That logic makes absolutely no sense. The fact that something may be rare does not change the fact that my mirror was damaged while in their equipment. What disappointed me most wasn't just the damage itself—it was the complete lack of accountability and customer service afterward. Instead of investigating the situation or trying to make things right, they dismissed my concerns and left me responsible for the repair costs. Accidents can happen at any business. What matters is how a company handles those situations. Unfortunately, my experience showed that if their equipment damages your vehicle, you may be left paying for it yourself. I will not be returning, and I would encourage others to think carefully before trusting this business with their vehicle.

If you're a N FTWorthian then u know how busy the QT's can get. However, this particular location is super friendly and professional NO MATTER HOW MUCH TRAFFIC! That is very much appreciated especially when us NFTWorthians who generate most of the traffic! Being one of the busiest QT's in FTW they do an amazing job keeping the whole store inside/out CLEAN & ORGANIZED! GREAT work u guys we appreciate all of u, GIVE THE MANAGERS BONUSES AND RAISES THEY TOTALLY DESERVE IT WELL EARNED 💯💯💯💯💯💲💲💲💲💲

Tried to order breakfast pizzas for some volunteers that are working for me via the app. App wasn't working. I called in and the girl who answered said she would talk to the manager and get some pizzas made. Showed up and the manager knew nothing, pizzas werent even started. Customer service at QT used to be on par with chik fil a. Not so much anymore.

East entrance is closed at this location. The men's and ladies' restrooms are on opposite sides of the building.
