Went in placed my money on the counter, told her the exact amount and what pump I would like my gas on on. She said “I’m not taking your money like this, YOU BETTER FIX IT or GET OUT” and then made a disgusted face like a literal little kid, she was very rude and not wanting to be helpful. There were 2 girls who worked here prior that would be there everyday they were amazing and always super helpful. Mind you I been coming here for a long time, I’ve heard other people complain about her also. Just a heads up to all management and future customers don’t expect to be serviced with the same courtesy and respect as before with this new team member in place.

To the young lady working today 5/30/26 9am . Girl if you don't like your job please find another.... Went to purchase cigarettes and she got mad and rolled her eyes because she had to get outta the chair to get the cigarettes 🤦🏻

Checked and double check the Google for a Walmart store with a gas station that will accept Walmart gift card. This location came up and I even show the cashier on my cell phone. Drove 18 minutes to try to use a gift card in the tough week and checked and rechecked even showed my results to the cashier. Was still told nope we don't do that. Very disappointed without come.

The manager and gas station associate that was working Saturday closing shift 6/9/24 was racist towards me. I recommend people of color/African American to avoid this gas station because the gas station employee are immature, racist, and inconsiderate. I was waiting in line and had one person in front of me, the store manager said I can help the next person. I went to the manager register and she rudely told me I can’t help you. I want to file a complaint because the manager and employee both use profanity words towards me. Murphy corporate office, the two employees that worked Saturday closing shift needs to be terminated or corporate training on how to be professional and not be rude towards a customer that wasn’t offensive till disrespected. I’m requesting Murphy corporate office review the gas station video recording and address gas station employees for unprofessional behavior. This Murphy gas station is located in a convenient location next to Houston community college, Walmart supermarket, and Houston’s public transit center. Gas station employee caused me to feel discriminated against and I will tell everyone I know not to give this Murphy gas station business until justice is served.

Tough side of town. Woman made a mistake and gave me the wrong dip and when I got off work wouldn't exchange it for the correct one so anything sealed leaves the store you can't get the right item you pay for. She did talk to me rude but the looks she gave me made me feel uncomfortable.
