came to get gas and to my right is a lady letting her child fill the tank. employee walks and looks and does nothing. A child should not be there. Was holding up the line as well. Had 3 cars in front of me by the time it was my turn they were still there. The mother came out and went back in so she was capable of doing it herself. She wouldn’t be driving if she wasn’t. this was on 04/14/26 @5:10-530pm

Great on Gas prices but the one way on the gas pumps sucks because not all vehicles have gas pumps on the right. Other than that it’s fine.

Extreme Disorganization and Process Failure - A Truly Chaotic Shopping Experience I understand holiday shopping is busy, but this location was a study in complete operational failure and disorganization. We visited as it was the closest option, and the experience was deeply frustrating. 1. Unsafe and Hectic Shopping Conditions The store layout was already compromised by extensive Christmas and seasonal displays, significantly narrowing the aisles. Despite this, there were forklifts operating in the main customer flow, attempting to navigate through heavy foot traffic. This practice is both disruptive and creates a potential safety hazard. 2. A Breakdown in Standard Procedures The most frustrating part was the checkout and retrieval process for a locked sound system. After payment, we asked how to obtain the item. It became immediately clear that the associates either did not know the process or the location of their own inventory. • We were first incorrectly directed to non-existent "double doors" near the pharmacy. • It took four different staff members to finally determine the item's location. • We were eventually told the displayed sale item was stored up in the rafters on a pallet, requiring an unnecessary and lengthy wait for retrieval. This is not a new store opening; an established retailer must have basic, efficient processes in place. The lack of organization and widespread staff ignorance regarding standard product retrieval is unacceptable. Patience only goes so far when faced with operational incompetence

They really need to fix the broken pumps and speed up service at this location. Always a line and congested with down readers and pumps all the time!

Vest proces always and scan and go for groceries...you cant beat it
