I just had the most wonderful experience at BP gas at Laskin Ave in Va Beach, VA. I was stranded in a shopping center, and my battery died. I called BP and this wonderful woman named Sarah answered. She listened to my problem, with great concern and focus, and got me someone who could come right out and give me a jump start so I could go there and purchase a new battery. We'll. Im thinking a few hours, but no...it was a few mins. I got over to BP and there was Sarah....ready to help! You can't get good service like this now a days. Staff was friendly and swift, and my new battery was installed with in a half hr, and I was back on the road. Thank you all ! But esp, I thank Sarah ! We need better in this world, and Sarah, you are a good role ❤️ model ! Thank you !

This Bp has their soda machines outside. Well when they go empty they decide to restock with sodas correct well they don’t tell you that their sodas have sat in the sun and their water have sat in the sun all day and created evaporation within the bottle and probably a chemical on the inside due to it sitting in the sun They sell this to you. It is unsanitary and it’s putting a chemical inside of your body please don’t drink anything from there fridge at all buyer beware this is an everyday thing I even brought it to the clerks attention and he said yeah I know that’s not right but it’s what I’m told to do

The airpump and vaccuum cost $2 in quarters which isn't super convenient as I haven't held so much as a dollar bill in my hands in years.

Just stopped by to use the air machine and, when exchanging dollars for quarters, Alia at the register instead offered to help my nearly 8mo pregnant self get air in my tires - and Jan the mechanic was so kind and quick! Such an unexpected act of kindness! Thank you!!

Very rude service team ! I live close to this station and often stop for gas. Last week my tire blew and I pulled in to inquire about a replacement tire. The mechanic was not welcoming from the start. I politely asked if they had a used tire because mine blew. He looked at it and snorted" your gonna need new rim. You drove on it too long" which I disputed. He seemed so put out having to even be asked about a used tire. And asked why I came there. I replied it was close to I pul in. He said under his breath.. "may be easy to pull in bit we don't sell used tires "The owner was similarly disgusted and we're no help what so ever. DO NOT Visit this visit if you need any auto repair. Sadly, the supposed local family business has to help to offer and zero customer service skills
