This BP used to be amazing and always had the best windshield wiper fluid and Shop paper towels for your windshield.... But, the new ownership is lackluster they had one moldy windshield wiper, no fluid, the attendant directed me to an outside water spigot, way far from my vehicle, it took me about 3 minutes to wash the mold off of the wiper and it left my rear windshield dirtier than when I arrived. If this is the same company as the other BPS with the happy shopper you guys need to get your ducks in a row unless you want to run your franchise into the ground!!

When I came to the BP to buy backwards, and I normally come, the gentleman addressed me as if I’ve never been here before really rude me aggressively asked me for my birthday. And then after I give him my birthday when I came to pay, he rudely instructed me to slide my phone into the reader so I could pay and when I did pay, he was like you have to unlock your phone first in a very rude manner. It’s not used to the customer service. I’m used to here and I just wanted to let everybody know the guy with the long hair the beard and the glasses is not very nice here.

i accidentally locked my keys and phone inside my car and the attendent was very very gracious in letting me use their phone to call, as well as troubleshooting if i can unlock it. im forever thankful. didnt have any trouble at pump, it was normal authorizing timing, not sure what other reviews are talking about

For many months now, the credit card readers at the pump take forever to read your card and process a payment. It usually ends up taking a minute after putting in your card before asking for your pin to continue payment. This is ridiculous that it continues behind an issue for so long.
