Great price on gas, with your Kroger plus card.

It's always great to use my fuel points to save money on gas. Hubby drives more so we always use the full .40c off per gallon option for his car. We usually grab gas on our way out of Kroger. This way we can redeem the fuel points right away. Don't forget if you don't have your shoppers card on you then you can always access it through the kroger/smith's app. Just show the cashier your digital shopper barcode ID.

If you call them awesome. That's dumb. What's the price on the gas? They would say they won't tell you. Chie, you had to find out in the person that was really bad. You're thinking I wonder if I feel for a mile and just fine. I was surprised on the gas today. Horrible surface customer service hate it

The self service payment systems are awful. Sadly, the cost saving they are trying to do only makes it slower and more painful to checkout there. The staff are all lovely and this is not their fault (maybe management) so this is not aimed at them. The checkouts are now even slower and it's a very negative experience. Thus, we try to avoid going there now to prevent frustration and experience. They could learn lessons from Trader Joe's or Wegmans about not treating customers like cattle.

Used my debit card at pump to be denied. There was $$ available on this card. Went to cashier. She said it declined. I got gas by paying in cash. Later I found the balance on the card was taken & sale was pending by Kroger gas. I was highly irritated because I couldn't use the card for anything. Contacted my bank & funds were released in 2 hours. Never had an issue at any gas station except this one!!
